Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY between February 26th and March 4, 2017. There were four new listings this week. The number of homes on the market is now at 90 which reflects a gain of three since last week. While inching up, inventory remains much lower than it has been at any time during the 2012-2016 period. Some homes are beginning to sell very quickly (see note after map for more information).
The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:
1 Davenport Court, MLS #4708081, listed at $334,900. This capecod style home is located in the Windgate Woods development which is convenient to shopping, the rail trail, the Gooseponds, and more. There is a large kitchen, formal living room and separate dining room. The home has hardwood floors throughout, central air conditioning, a full basement and two car garage.
173 Hilltop Road, MLS #4708403, listed at $529,900. This 4,258 square foot Colonial is located in the Hill Top Estates of Monroe. The home has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. There is a bedroom and full bath on the first floor. The master suite is upstairs and contains two walk in closets, a sitting area, and bath with tiled shower and whirlpool tub. There is a finished basement that includes a den/gym area, large family room, bedroom and another bath. On the outside, you will find a two tiered deck with nearly an acre of property and mountain views.

This week I also did not include the fourth listing, which was 4 Water Plant Road, MLS #4708329 for $225K. This home went on the market on 3/1/17 and already has an accepted offer and multiple back up offers, and is no longer allowing showings.
