Home Prices in Mission Viejo 6/04/2017
This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.3 percent, for new homes up 0.7 percent and for resale condos up 7.4 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 0.9 percent and down 0.0 percent on condos and up 7.9 percent for new homes.
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 8.9 percent and the sales volume is down 14.8 percent.
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 2.2 percent and the sales volume is up 31.3 percent.
•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 8.2 and the sales volume is down 0.0 percent.
•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 6.1 percent and the sales volume is up 4.3 percent.
•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 9.1 percent and the sales volume up 17.6 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 5.1 percent and the sales volume is up 3.3 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 0.6 percent and the sales volume is down 29.5 percent.
That is a much better looking market. Most sales prices are up and same the same with the sales volume. We may now be in the market most were waiting for. The summer season.
