Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the past week. There were six new listings added over the last seven days. The number of available listings increased from 112 to 120, as some expired and temporarily off market homes also reappeared on the market. Inventory in the Monroe NY area is now more balanced. 16 Sutherland Drive, MLS #4724298, listed at $399,900. Right next door to the last listing, is another four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial with 2,600 square feet. This one also has a two car attached garage, central air conditioning, hardwood floors and a finished basement. It also comes with an alarm system and stone/brick wall.
6 Standish Road, MLS #4725022, listed at $429,900. A five bedroom, four bath, ~3,100 square foot colonial home is also now available. This home is also listed for rent at $3,100 per month. Built in 2012, it has a two car garage, central air conditioning, natural gas fuel, and municipal water and sewer.
33 Sandra Lane, MLS #4724127, listed at $534,900. This five bedroom, two and a half bath colonial rounds out the weekly list of new homes. The home has ~3,200 square feet and 1.6 acres of property. There is a master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and second closet, four other bedrooms with double closets, a formal dining room, living room, family room, eat-in kitchen with pantry and center island. The home has central air conditioning, hardwood and tile flooring, an alarm system, two car garage and private yard.
