Today, I’m excited to announce that Roxburgh & Associates has just launched a new website, with a lot of great features designed to make your real estate experience more convenient.
Though we’ll soon be adding more, there are two features in particular that I wanted to go over.
First is the search tool. Unlike other search tools, the one we’ve implemented creates a user login so that you can save your favorite listings, go through their details, and also set up automatic reports for properties and features you are interested in that go straight to your email daily.
Additionally, we’ve beefed up the property detail page.
Now you can see a number of things like the walkability score, market trends, nearby schools, neighborhood demographics, a mortgage calculator, and more.
The next feature is a home value tool. It’s as simple as putting in your address and hitting enter. This will generate an automatic report on your home’s value.
These tools, as well as the ones to come, are all in place to help keep you informed and up to date on all the information you need to have a convenient real estate experience.
