4 Leads so far from HousesForSale.com!! (HFS for short)
It will help you to have perspective by reading these two AR blogs first before reading this one.
On October 05, 2016 I wrote ActiveRain HFS Blog #1.
On March 10, 2017 I wrote ActiveRain HFS Blog #2.
Now I write to tell you about how this site has grown in less than 10 months from no listings to 1,365,065 active listings on there right now and the number keeps increasing.
This bears repeating: I have received 4 Leads so far from HousesForSale.com!! 3 were for 3 of my listings and 1 was for someone else's listing.
I am blogging on HousesForSale (HFS). Those blogs rank very high on Bing and they already rank and will be ranking higher on Google through the sheer volume of blogs that are and will be written from HFS by the zip code owners such as myself.
Above is an example of HFS showing up as #1 search result on Bing.
While I own 14 zip codes, you only have to own 1 zip code to write blogs and get leads. If your zip codes you really want are sold already, it doesn’t matter because you buy the closest available zip code in the state where you are licensed and you still will be able to blog on the listings in your zip code(s) you want. Your listing blogs will show up in the search results for people searching in your zip code irregardless of which HFS zip code you bought.
The price? The cost is $5 per month right now. The $35 or $25 or $15 or $5 prices that are the cost for various zip codes on the zip code availability map will be the price once HFS gets off the ground and leads are coming through in greater numbers.
Below are my zip code landing pages I own. Yes, I own these zip codes and as a quasi franchise, I own the HousesForSale.com brand when I own as little as one zip code!!
I really like the first landing page, for Leavenworth KS, as it shows the carousel museum where a friend of mine used to work at before his passing. The second landing page, for Eudora, tells about the Eudora Quilt Shop where my wife is one of the owners.
