The other day we went to the office for a quick photo shoot. The result was a photo our Mom would love. Both smiling, both with a twinkle in our eyes.
Fun Facts:
- We are born in March- Pisces. So that means we are generous with our time, compassionate and extremely caring and faithful to our clients.
- We are Mirror Twins -meaning we are the exact opposite in the way we are structured and think. Patty is literal and I am visual. We say the same things in different ways and we handle challenges with a left and a right brain. This is exactly why we are both suited to work the way we do!
- We shared a room growing up. So we learned early "just get along, life is a lot easier" or "pick you battles carefully"
- To this day in our 60's we will show up wearing the same outfit seventy five percent of the time. And no we do not shop together. It just happens. LOL! So don’t be surprised.
- We finish each other sentences. Drives our husband nuts! That is called Twin Speak.
- Patty is the Mom of two grown girls and Peggy does not have children. ( only furry one's)
Back to who we are and what are specialty is:
Patty Blackwelder is the youngest of us. The first question people ask is, by how many minutes? Well the answer to that is forty eight minutes. ( Mom's can you even imagine?)
Patty came into this world with patience. She uses that trait everyday when helping people buy a home. Patty has worked in real estate for 25 years. She has also worked with several national builders as a New Home Sale person. Peggy James- is the oldest. I am the creative side of the two of us. So that is why I learned very early in real estate, I was best suited for the Listing Side of real estate.
I am visual and creative and use that to sell your home.
