Home prices in Boynton Beach, FL showed a decrease in July. Boynton Beach sales were hot!

Prices of closed sales on single family homes in Boynton Beach decreased and and sold for close to asking price and above,  while condos, villas and townhomes remained pretty much the same in closed sales.    

Below  is a snapshot for how the market did in July for  home prices in Boynton Beach FL.  


Many of our listings are selling within a few days of hitting the market.  To make sure you don't overpay for your home, you'll want to have an agent that does a thorough market analysis of the Boynton  Beach home on which you are making an offer. Don't wait on the sidelines for too long.  Rising interest rates and low inventory indicate you should be looking now.

In July 2017,  the average list price for single family homes in Boynton Beach was $ 336,516.  The list price per square foot was $ 169.  Both list price and price per square foot show a decrease from last month.

In July 2017, the average sold price for single family homes in Boynton Beach was $ 325,586 with an average price per square foot of $ 164.  Average days on market was 72.  This  shows a decrease in both price of closed homes, as well as price per square foot over last month with houses closing for an average of .97% of list price.  In other words, houses are selling for pretty close to asking price.


In July 2017, the average list price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach FL was $ 187,847. The price per square foot for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 133.  Listing prices increased in condos, villas and townhouses, along with price per square foot, over last month.

In July 2017, the average sold price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 176,632 with an average price per square foot of $ 125.  Average days on market was 80.  Prices increased ever so slightly from last month; while price per square foot decreased.   Condos, villas and townhouses sold for an average of .93% of asking price.
