Greetings from 140 Seneca Way!
The crispness of apples and fall weather is bracing – a welcome change for me, from the balmy, almost tropical heat of late August. Time to dust off the hiking boots!
Homeowners are now thinking of gutters to clean and leaves to recycle. Take care on those ladders, and keep these trends in mind if you are thinking of making a move in the coming year:

We are ¾ of the way through the year, and with 12 sales pending in South Hill, we should finish the year with 75 sales more or less – this is a very consistent performance for the neighborhood.
The condo/townhome market was quieter, with only 5 units sold this year in the Deer Run subdivision. Prices for townhomes are edging up and 3 of the 5 closed above $200,000. Elsewhere, Chase Lane and Northview/Northview West each had 4 sales, all doing well for small sub-groups within South Hill.
We are in the middle of a vibrant market and there is much to be thankful for in South Hill – the gorgeous recreation trail for one…the IC campus and the students/faculty who make it sing with life and activity for two…and you have me, for three!
