Halloween Fest in Alexandria, Virginia 22315 – Hilltop Village Center

The businesses of Hilltop Village Center in Alexandria will be hosting a Halloween Fest this Saturday October 14, 2017. Come join us for trick-or-treating, face painting, balloon making, raffles, and music! 

 

Halloween Fest starts at 10:30am and ends at 3:00pm. 

 

Hilltop Village Center

 

 

The event is free to the public and costumes are encouraged. The businesses in the center will be lined up with booths along the sidewalk of Old Beulah Street. Stroll through at your leisure and take advantage of special discounts, free candy, and giveaways!

 

Hilltop Village Center is located at the intersection of Telegraph Road and Beulah Street directly across from Fort Belvoir.
