Meet & Connect with Inna Ivchenko  a Green Realtor from Encino, CA....

Thanks to an Active Rain Challenge we were asked to Profile a Member. This was such a no brainer for me, Inna Ivchenko was my choice to profile here.  When she is not blogging on Active Rain, you can find her at the Q & A section. She is virtually on every social media platform. It is hard to fathom that she has any time left for Active Rain. In all fairness, I know the answer: because she is a workaholic.

If you do not follow or interact with Inna, you are doing yourself a major disservice. More importantly if you do not have her represent you in the purchase or sale of your home, you are missing out on the services of a great Realtor.

I have known Inna, well over ten years, when we were working for the same large national real estate company. She was raising two little children and selling real estate at the time.  After, she moved to the San Fernando Valley, thanks to Active Rain and Active Rain meetups, we did not lose touch. She is an elegant, warm and a very intuitive person, whom I have had the privilege to meet in this profession and over the years to be able to call a friend. I never felt that she pressured anyone, she just provided a great deal of knowledge and expertise and the results were always positive.

She is an amazing Social Media Marketer, periodically I pick up the phone and ask for her wisdom, when I am not sure how to do something on the zillions of Social Media Platforms that she is on. She is a fountain of knowledge and more importantly she is a giver and not a taker.

When you talk to her, you do not notice the time, even though the time keeps running away and you wish you had more time to learn from her.

Now, do not be fooled, just because she is kind and caring, she is a very strong and resilient person who will get the Real Estate Deal done for you if you are the buyer and she will sell your home for the most money if you are the seller.

 Keep in mind, she came from Eastern Europe, started her life all over without any family or support. She had to learn a new language, a new culture and raise her two children. One is already in college and the other one will be there in a couple years too. That is clearly not an easy task to accomplish, raising two children, working in Real Estate during the roller coaster Economic Meltdown and prospering throughout the ups and down.

She is passionate about Sustainable Housing and her middle name is Green Real Estate. She loves helping others in buying and selling Architectural Glass Houses.  We have joked that in her case she comes with the house, while in my case all I want is to live in the wine cellar😊  

If you have not connected with her, it is time and be sure to send your referral clients who are considering Calabasas and vicinity to her. All I can say is your clients will be well taken care of.
