I am excited to introduce the ActiveRain community to Tyler N Tabor!  Tyler N. Tabor is a close friend of mine that has recently taken a strong interest in the real estate industry.  I am very proud of the man he is and I am thankful that he wants to learn all about the real estate world from me and this great community.  I am looking forward to the upcoming blog posts he is working on and I encourage everyone to follow him and find out why I believe he has an immense amount of knowledge to share with us.

Tyler N. Tabor ~ hi Tyler... the issue is this... I follow new people, they follow me. Then they never again show up on my site, drop out of AR and I need to spend time cleaning up followers... which is not where I like to waste time. And a lot of people follow to get points... which I don't pay attention to at this stage of my "life" in AR. It's not personal.
