Well, North Texas needed rain and we are certainly getting plenty of it! With several more days of rain still in the forecast, many areas in and around the Dallas Metroplex have already recorded six to eight inches of rain! Flooding in several areas has been reported and drivers are having to pay extra attention to flooded roads and using extreme caution for safety.

We are supposed to have rain on and off until Sunday. There are already ponds of water standing on the sides of the road. I hope it doesn't flood homes.

Your forecast looks like ours. Our backyard flooded, thankfully it drains fast so bring on the rain. In a couple of months we'll look back and wish it would rain again

That's a lot of rain, Lisa... we forget that too much rain can be as problematic as too little rain. Hope the sun comes out for you soon.
Lisa we have also had rain over the last couple of days, but ours has be very light with a little hail on the side
I was at Dealey Plaza in the monsoon rains on the 20th, overall I had a incredible time in Dallas!
