Corona del Mar Home Values 5/27/2018
This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Joe Steck. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.4 percent, new homes are up 17.1 percent and resale condos are up 4.6 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 0.1 percent, up 3.5 percent on condos and down 20.6 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 60.3 persent and the sales volume is up 17.6
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 6.0 percent and the sales volume is up 18.9 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 17.4 percent and the sales volume is up 10.4. percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 6.2 and the sales volume is down 2.6 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices 0.6 percent and the sales volume is down 1.1 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 5.9 percent and the sales volume down 5.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 10.9 percent and the sales volume is up 8.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 8.2 percent and the sales volume is up 62.9 percent.
We had a big change here in Corana del Mar look at those numbers. It is clear that we have much higher interest rates highest is the past 17 years. I do find that we are seeing with each increase a period where the buyers wait. It is difficult to see how the market will do anything but slow for the whole of the year.
