Q. What’s your name? Where were you born? Any previous jobs or hobbies?
A. My name is Thomas Rehberg and I was born right here in Brooklyn. I went to college at Penn State University and got my bachelors in Business Management. I have a customer service background based off of the training provided by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. When I get time to myself I enjoy hiking, mountain biking and going out to eat.
Q. What was your lowest point in real estate?
A. My lowest point in real estate has actually been very recent. I have a contract pending, though I struggle (just like everyone) with generating business. I think now that I have something pending, I put more pressure on myself to generate business.
Q. What was your most rewarding real estate moment?
A. When I was a realtor in PA, I helped a Mechanic find the home of his dreams. He actually told me other realtors gave him the run around and did not want to work with him because of his financing situation (FHA). I was able to get him a property in the mountains where he could ride his Harley for miles.
Q. What motivates you?
A. I struggle with this question every day. Currently, my motivation is to eliminate my student debt and bring myself to a greater, less stressful, financial position.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A. In 10 years Redbeard Real Estate will be the brand you know and recognize in Brooklyn. I will have a team that handles my day to day and allows me to take a step back and focus on family, personal development and investment opportunities.
Q. What’s the BEST thing about being a part of Keller Williams Realty Empire, Brooklyn, NY?
A. Productivity Coaching and training. Meagen asks the right questions to challenge your limiting beliefs and the training provided allows me to continually learn.
Thank you, Thomas! We are proud to be in business with you!
