I just received this from our in house Lender, Larry Long of Trident Mortgage.....I hope this is something that can help those in need find the path to home ownership in 2019 and beyond.
 
Hi All,
 
We now offer in-house Credit Education Service for borrowers that currently have a median FICO (Fair Isaac Corp) score below 620. This service is being provided at no cost to qualified applicants who are unable to obtain traditional financing due to low FICO score(s).
 
This service will include:
  1. Credit Score Education and coaching by a Credit Education Analyst (CEA).
  2. Instruction to applicants on how to legally remove obsolete, inaccurate and unverifiable information from their credit profile.
  3. Utilization of credit analysis technology to determine the impact of payment / pay down / pay-off of existing debt and collection accounts.
  4. Time frame required to achieve the anticipated increase in FICO score results.
