I read something in the last week or so (I don't remember where) from someone who purposedly set out to fail 100 times in 2018. So they tried all sorts of things they knew they would fail at. And they didn't - I think they had 100 failures and close to 40 successes. They applied for jobs they knew they wouldn't get, and they got them. 

I thought that was such a great experiment. We should do things we might fail at and see what happens!

I have never heard of this study however I find it very interesting. I am going to try getting out of my comfort zone again this coming year and see what happens
