Professional real estate photos can make a difference in attracting the right buyers to a home, especially a home that has unique characteristics to be featured that a hand held camera do not capture effectively.

Scott's expert use of slow exposure photography bringing light gleaming out of windows and dusk, showing purple skies at Arizona times of sunset can make a home look stunning. Of course this takes time to shoot photos during the daylight time when maximum sun is needed, but a return to the home at dusk, turning all of the lights on the home and opening shutters and curtains takes time, but it is sooooooo worth the wait. Scott does this patiently and with professional acumen.
Certain homes have some tight or awkward corners that require just the right lens to show the true grandeur of the home environment, Scott can analyze what a photo needs and gets to work.
