Brands should have a distinct personality regardless what branch of real estate marketing they represent. In some cases, depending on the individual or company, a touch of whimsycan make that brand memorable and more attractive to its target market. Whimsy is defined as "playfully quaint or fanciful behavior or humor". It adds a certain"it" factor to the brand that its target market can identify with and enjoy. We are unabashed fans of whimsy.
