Branding Moments: Whimsy As Part of A Brand Personality!

Brands should have a distinct personality regardless what branch of real estate marketing they represent.  In some cases, depending on the individual or company, a touch of whimsycan make that brand memorable and more attractive to its target market.  Whimsy is defined as "playfully quaint or fanciful behavior or humor". It adds a certain"it" factor  to the brand that its target market can identify with and enjoy.  We are unabashed fans of whimsy.  Pictured above is the closet doors of our hotel in Milan.

Here is a close-up of the larger than usual keyhole.  Note the two little lights shining through the key hole...

Here is the big reveal, there is a wonderful owl guarding your clothes, and personal items of value, and yes, there is a safe for those and the owl will be watching!

 

Not every target market place can find delight in whimsy.  Like we always say, no one size fits all...
