Whenever I’m out with my friends someone always orders a variety of Moscow Mule. It’s a super popular cocktail & for great reasons, it’s refreshing & delicious! Enjoy this refreshing Strawberry Basil Moscow Mule Cocktail this weekend & during the rest of your blissful summer days.
Basil is super easy to get this time of year. Many of you might grow it in your gardens all ready…lucky you if you do!
Strawberries are abundant too. Go ahead & get cocktailing! I’m heading out to go paddle boarding in these beautiful mountains. Then I’m home to these!

Recipe:
5 fresh strawberries
5 fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 ounces vodka
juice from 1/2 fresh lime
ginger beer
crushed ice
OPTIONAL
1 tablespoon agave if you like a sweeter cocktail
Directions
Muddle strawberries and basil with a splash of the ginger beer & lime juice. Add the vodka, give a quick stir. Top with plenty of ice & ginger beer. Garnish with strawberries & basil.
