Hi Mr. Petrowsky, I was wondering if you can check my credit because my lease ends in September and my realtor told me in May we should start searching for houses so we can start doing the closing in August. I just want to make sure. What is the amount we should be searching for because you never got my paper work to get the amount. When you open my credit report you see the loan from Lending Club and the monthly payment is over $700, do you think if I get a loan to pay for this loan, it will be beneficial or will that go against my record? Email me back when you have a chance please. Thank You. 

 

Unfortunately, his $760 per month consolidation loan is really hurting his ability to buy the price range home he wants. After much discussion, I convinced him to refinance the obligation with a bank I referred him to.

 

The client was able to get the obligation refinanced into a payment that is under $400 per month, which added to his home buying power by $75,000.

 

He will begin his home search this month!
