The sales volume is down for resale homes 4.0 percent, up 0.5 percent on condos and down 42.0 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 32.0 percent and the sales volume is down 44.7 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 7.8 percent and the sales volume is up 25.9 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 12.3 percent and the sales volume is down 5.3 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 1.3 and the sales volume is down 5.7 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 2.6 percent and the sales volume is down 2.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 4.9 percent and the sales volume down 1.3 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 7.2 percent and the sales volume is up 70.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 14.6 percent and the sales volume is down 10.6 percent.
Some big drops throughout the report. However, look at San Clemente 92672 the sales volume is remarkable 70% increase a total of 68 sales, interesting. Also big change in median price in Corona del Mar. Other than that very little to talk about this week
