Advance registration for the education component of this down payment assistance program is over but you can still walk in on the day of the event. The event is being held on July 19, 2019 and July 20, 2019 at the Baltimore Convention Center.

Neighborhood Lift provides $15,000 in down payment assistance to home buyers who meet the requirements. Unlike some others, you do not have to be a first time home buyer in order to qualify. However, you do need to be purchasing a home in Baltimore City for your primary residence and you still need to meet the other requirements.
On the day of the event you will need to bring your pre-approval letter (from a participating lender) and meet the income limits .
You'll need to provide gross income for all borrowers, last 60 days of pay stubs, proof of any other income, last two years income tax returns, bank statements for last 2 months, current profit and loss for self employed individuals.
