Vancouver is a wonderful city with a huge potential for those who live there and visit.  With ocean, mountains and everything one can think of between.  Anything from beautiful gardens in the park or nearby Vancouver Island to even desert like areas to the east .. it is all nearby.

Hey    real estate agent in Vancouver B C Canada.  Just a thought ,  I heard that JP Morgan Chase is closing out its credit card business in Canada and  will be forgiving outstanding credit card debt for Candian card holders.  Do you thinking that this move may help some potential home buyers who were thinking of buying a home and needed this action tohelp  qualify for a puchase?

Hey Michele, I'm not aware of this. Not sure how many clients chase has in Canada. That would definatley play a role.
