YouTube Thursdays - The Importance of Wearing Your Niche with Pride
In our opinion, establishing your niche-dom(s) in real estate is a must right now. If you already have one or two, great. If not, we suggest you call our Branding Gurus and Marketing Experts, Ron and Alexandra Seigel.
The process they utilize is complex, and it's based upon you - your passions, preferences, strengths, and values. Naturally, they also do a pretty thorough evaluation of the marketplace too. Sound easy? It's not, trust us.
Once you have established a niche, you'll feel much more confident. Confidence is attractive and helps you connect easier with others. Plus, since a niche is based upon your unique value proposition, there is little to fear from the competition, since nobody can emulate "you."
Trying to establish a niche that isn't well suited to you, is akin to wearing a ill-fitting clothing garment. It's uncomfortable. Once Ron and Alexandra helped us recognize our passion is for homes located in soothing environments surrounded by nature, the electricity shot through the air. ( We're not kidding! It was an amazing moment.)
Once the niche was established, Ron and Alexandra ( and their team) built our brand. Our logo - the colors, the design, and our taglines were all carefully chosen through a process and reflect the two of us. Hence the extreme confidence, we now have in our brand. We are proud to wear it.

What does this have to do with video marketing? Everything. Once you have discovered your niche(s), your marketing, including video, will be targeted to your perfect target demographics. And, since your marketing reflects your values and passions, viewers will either feel drawn to you, and your brand, or move on.
Think of video marketing as a prequalification of sorts. Next week, working on a video marketing plan to build your nichedom.
