Not all doctors are created equal. Experience does matter.
Doctors tend to speciaize in different areas. This is a good thing. You dont need a brain surgeon to treat your cold.

It takes time to develop into a good doctor who can be trusted. All my doctors are younger than me these days but it didn't used to be that way.
This is not a column about how to find a doctor, but all of my comments about doctors can be directly applied to a Real Estate agent.
Experience does matter. Knowledge is key.
Select a Realtor the same way you might select a Doctor. Interview several, ask the right questions and then make a decision based upon these factors.
Referrals are the best compliments!
