but I will be excited to see what home the DC couple chooses tonight for their Lake Home on House Hunters.
This was a great buy for $640,000.

I was not the featured agent, it was another agent in our area, but I sold one of the homes that the DC couple was looking at as one of their 3 choices. I don't even know what house they purchased, Yet. I know which two they did not choose, because the couple that purchased this house, actually rented the other home, while they were down here looking around. That home is now also sold.

Glenda, your photo's are excellent and present the exterior of the home much better than it showed on HGTV. You couldn't see how nice the cove was, this is beautiful!
Congratulations Glenda. Saw the episode. How exciting. Your property actually looks better in your photos than it did on TV. They didn't do the View justice.
