YouTube Thursdays - Effective Videos for Lead Generation 

 

                                   

 

The most effective real estate marketing efforts generate leads - and video marketing is no exception. In our experience, there are certain videos that have been the most successful for us when it comes to generating calls.

 

Therefore, as you plan your 2021 Video Marketing schedule, make sure you are building a library that is going to work for you. Here are some suggestions: 

 

Property or Listing Videos - This is an obvious one. However, since properties sell, there is a short shelf life for these. Real estate listings with video get more than 400% more inquiries than listings without video. Your past listing videos are a good resource to include in your Listing Presentations. 

 

Building a Real Estate Lead Funnel using Videos 

 

Neighborhood Videos - These are our most effective lead-generating videos. They are evergreen too, which is always a plus. Next week, we will create a storyboard to help you plan your library of neighborhood videos. 

 

Community Videos -  These videos are also evergreen. Once produced, they work tirelessly for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, attracting clients who may be considering a move to your area. In the coming weeks, we'll identify a list of video topics designed to help you become the digital community expert.  

 

Niche Videos - If you want to establish yourself as the local expert of your niche, produce videos designed to establish that connection. More on that at a later date. 

 

Informative Videos - Videos designed  evergreen content for your library. These videos are specific topics that prospective sellers, or buyers, will find useful throughout the process of a real estate transaction.  We will also be discussing this topic in the weeks ahead. 

 

We'll also be exploring how to optimize views, the best sites, and best methods for sharing your videos.
