What does your name mean? And why did your mother give it to you?

My mother was going to name me Robert Kenneth Cole, but my uncle was going to Europe to man his machine gun on a B-17 and he said to my mother "If you have a boy, name him after me" And she did. Not realizing that some very enterprising young man would make me famous with his line of shoes.

So, to the meaning of the name "Kenneth", I understand it means handsome. And what little baby boy would not be just that in his mothers eyes. Now it's your turn.
