There has been a lot of talk about interest rates lately. With the 10 year treasury yield on the rise we could be seeing a rise in mortgage interest rates. Even with the economy moving in the right direction there is still a lot of uncertainty. One thing that is very likely, though, is that interest rates will not stay this low forever. What does that mean for buyers in Hoboken and Jersey City? In a market that has sufficient inventory it means now is as good a time as ever to pull the trigger on that home purchase.
