I have created a blog separate from Active Rain. It is specifically taylored to USDA Home Loans. I am fairly new at this blogging/social media avenue but it appears that it is attracting a bit of traffic. I would like to add a page to my site that would allow the visitors to contact a USDA Specialist in there area.
I am looking for Loan Officers who have experience in this product. Not everyone out there screaming that they have found a new loan. This is not a new loan. I have been doing USDA Home Loans since 1996 - Guaranteed and Direct. We no longer offer Direct in Washington State as they have to go directly to USDA for this program.
If you would like to be considered please let me know. You must be passionate about your job and helping consumers with affordable loan programs. I am not looking for the Loan Officer that thinks they have to make 3 points on every deal. I have spent years working with USDA and promoting the benefits of this program to Realtors and Home-buyers alike.
People are landing on my site so we might as well band together and direct them to the expert in their area.
