Penultimate Puzzle Pieces



It’s kinda fitting in some ways.  I received my first Covid vaccination on Thursday, April 1 - April Fools' Day.   Was that some kind of message?

 

And yesterday, the 29th (the next to the last day of the month) I received shot number two.  I can’t describe the experience as “the ultimate” or particularly “eventful” but perhaps penultimate is just the right word.   After all, it fits, right?

Congratulations on getting your second shot.  I am scheduled for my second shot May 5th, a day other shots are often in the works so maybe my shot will also be a penultimate shot too.  Viva Cinco de Mayo!

I makes me very sad to see what is being done to US Citizens. Now that you have both shots it will allow you to go to a store masked up, go to a restaurant and sit 2 tables away from others, and drink at a bar with 2 empty stools in between....you know, just like before you got the shots. Because of health concerns, I have been fully vaxe for some time now but I have run into several people who are anti vax proponents that believe it is all a political agenda that is not based on science but the colors blue and red (if that makes sense)....

Sounds like you too got the Moderna shot.  The second one brought with it a lot of fatigue and a very sore arm - nothing I couldn't handle. Grateful to have it done. Happy you are too.
