Mount Pleasant is a well-established western Charleston, SC neighborhood. The border is securely on the north and west by the Wando River and the south by the Cooper River. It's a suburban city, proudly exemplifying its place as South Carolina's largest city. This city was one of the fastest-growing places in Charleston from 1990 to 2000, with the total population doubling. Initially, Mount Pleasant was home to the Sewee Tribe, an American indigenous group. On July 6, 1680, the first European residences arrived in the area. Captain Florentia O 'Sullivan ruled them, who had a large portion of the 2340 acres of Mount Pleasant. Sullivan Island and Mount Pleasant's future site were included. There were more inhabitants in the area in 1696. A few hundred acres, later becoming Christ Church Parish, were allotted for each family. The Spanish and French assaulted the Carolina Province in the early 1700s. However, the province defeated the invaders successfully in the Abcaw area. 

Properties for sale in Mount Pleasant are single-family homes, which proudly demonstrate their well-crafted facilities. These houses are of colonial revival, Greek regeneration, traditional designs, and bungalows. In the area, the streets are completely lined with medium-sized and luxury houses. Most sales venues have only recently been built, starting in 1960-2021. The price is between $950,000 to $1.6 million for midsized houses. They have three or five bedrooms, two or five bathrooms, and beautiful parking facilities. The total size of the lot extends from 0.11 to 0.50 acres, while the floor areas are between 2,700 and 3,800 square feet. There are 5-6 bedrooms and 5-6 bathrooms in these large homes. Some houses already have pools. The homes include a large lawn and backyard area that can be transformed into whatever the owner desires.
