Community and Real Estate Information

Wild Dunes is a sprawling community in Isle of Palms, SC's south-eastern area. Dewees Creek runs through it to the north and to the south and east, the Atlantic Ocean. It was only established in 1972, so it is a relatively new field. Not the Racquet Club or Isle of Palms Beach, however, 1600 acres of land were purchased by the Finch family. It used to be just a casino, but now it's a beachfront community with two world-class golf courses: The Harbor Course and Wild Dunes Links Course. Tom Fazio, the same architect who designed both of the world-famous golf courses, designed both.
