On October 19, 2021, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the single family homes values lower 2.3% to the price of $808,890 in September of 2021 from price of $827,940 in August of 2021, but jumped 13.5% from price of $712,430 in September of 2020 in California.
There were 438,190 single family homes sold in California in September of 2021 higher 5.6% from 414,860 in August of 2021, but decreased 10.5% from 489,590 homes sold in September of 2020. The average price for a square foot was $393.00 in September of 2021 rose from $321.00 in September of 2020 in California.
There were 1.9 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in September of 2021, unchanged from 1.9 months in August of 2021, but down from 2.0 months in September of 2020. An average it took 10.0 days to sell a single family home in September 2021, up from 9.0 days in August of 2021, and declined from 11.0 days in September of 2020 in California.
