Have you been busy for the past couple of weeks, and have no time to think of any presents? It is not too late! With just a few days left, the holidays are officially upon us. And that means last-minute presents! Without further ado, here are my 5 go-to holiday presents!
1. Cozy blanket - one can never have enough of these. I say go for the blankets that feel like fur -- luxurious and plush, sure to become family favorites. Not only that this feels elegant, it's all good for the winter, too!
2. Food gifts - It can be a basket filled with shareable foods, snacks, and fruits, or a food box like the ones from Stonewall Kitchen, or a cheese and wine gift from Harry & David. You can be assured that your gift won’t be regifted. Also, who doesn't want food, anyway?
3. Harry Potter cookie set (like the one from Williams and Sonoma), because I never met a person who doesn’t like Harry Potter. Help make other people's holiday experience better like casting a happy spell with one of these!
4. Tree Ornaments - Our trees cannot have enough twinkles and ornaments. Mall kiosks provide services where you can personalize or pick up some at the art & craft store and add your personal touch! It could be something that you have in common, or maybe something that reminds you of them. Anything personalized always feel closer to the heart and adds to the whole spirit of the holidays.
5. Festive PJs and Slippers - flannel or knit, classic checkers or reindeers galore - everyone loves a fresh pair of pajamas for the holidays! There are many options of unisex and family styles. It is always nice to wake up in comfortable pajamas every morning, especially in the winter season -- this will be a nice gift for everyone to enjoy.
Bonus: If I know a person really well, I will give a book, too. Usually, something that I loved and something that I think they will enjoy as well. Also, hot chocolate! Box, packet, or a bomb - any kind of chocolate will do. I love giving hot chocolate gifts around winter time!
