It has been a few years since I have last posted here on Activerain. I retired from Real Estate a year and a half ago believing that I wanted to do that while I was still young enough to truly enjoy traveling. With all good intent to travel, the Covid outbreak said otherwise. So I was left to stay local but with a camera, I turned boredom into at least being productive with my hobby.

Today, I received a call from Margaret Rome and it was totally wonderful catching up with an old friend. She sounds like she is living her Bucket List and having a great time doing it. That would be doing real estate her way, which anyone who knows her could testify, it is the way to have a fabulous career.

I have forgotten so much here with Activerain, even to doing a post and adding links, which I must refresh myself with. Sorry Margaret, I haven’t done that as yet.

Wishing everyone a very Happy and Healthy New Year and I will drop by occasionally and check up on all my friends here in the Rain. BTW, we are actually having the real rain here in San Diego all this week, unheard of, right?

Wow guys, thank you for all the wonderful comments. I am thinking that I really should write a post here and there just to keep in practice.

It is a new year and one that I am hopeful will be good for all of you in your real estate careers. Allow me to suggest that you write your goals down and then develop a plan to attain them.

Before you can write a winning plan though,here is the key question to answer. And remember this, you don’t have to do this alone. In fact it is best to get lots of help in answering the key question.

Drum roll for the Key question…..here it is, get ready……What stands between you and your primary goal. What obstacles are in your way of attaining your goal.

The “plan” is a step by step guide to overcoming all the obstacles in your way. Can’t think of them all? Get specialized help that knows how to overcome everything in your way of obtaining your goal.

I guess I should have written this as a post,😂
