A New Water Saving Water Feature at the Paseo Nuevo!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

Pictured above is one of the the new water elements at the Paseo Nuevo, which has replaced the big fountain that was in middle of the main outdoor shopping area in Santa Barbara.  In this instance, the water recycles itself, and the rate of evaporation is minimal.

Pictured above is the gif version of it for the full effect. We are fond of this area, because it feels like a street with shopping on both sides.  Parking is plentiful. There are movie theaters some eateries and a few national brands left.

Happy Thursday!

Michael Jacobs Paseo Nuevo is fairly empty these days given that both Nordstrom's and Macy's are gone, as well as many of the other stores.  State Street has been turned into a walking street with mostly restaurants.  I like the idea, however the retail end is not so great.  A
