Cyndi entered the real estate world in 2000 and in a short time she became managing Broker of two real estate offices, eventually opening her own brokerage. By 2017 she found herself moving to Arizona - landing in the beautiful desert of Peoria and becoming a top producer as a licensed real estate agent within her 55+ communities on the west side of the valley.

Cyndi’s background Interior Design allowed her to cultivate relationships with Builders and Home owners offering professional staging as part of the many services she provides. Cyndi and her Husband Rick decided to leave Washington State and move to Arizona after Rick retired. Cyndi knew she was not going to retire and quickly got licensed in Arizona, while retaining her license in Washington State.  Cyndi has always enjoyed working in customer service and her clients will attest to that, she goes beyond selling a home.  Cyndi’s business has always been built on relationships and provides knowledge to her clients to make the best decision for them. Cyndi enjoys decorating friend's and client's homes, traveling, kayaking, singing in the Village Voice, Volunteering with several non profits, Cancer under Courage and ALS.

Cyndi and Rick enjoy entertaining any chance they get, having their annual Halloween costume party and Christmas Party. Cyndi loves to cook and always includes friends, "The more the merrier.” she says. Many of Cyndi’s clients have also become good friends.  Cyndi and Rick are blessed to have raised 7 children and currently have 7 grandchildren which have been, and are, the best part of their lives.
