One of the most asked questions is " How many homes are For Sale in the Manchester NH area? Lets also take a look at what  has SOLD this year (2022) vs what was Sold  last year (2022). We break down the data between Single Family and Condominiums  Homes. You will see that although there is fewer sales in 2022 than 2021, the values increased sharply earlier this year. Single family values rose on average $355,234 to a sales price of $403,721 on average. Condominium values increased from $232,170 in 2021 to $267,542 in 2022.

 

The amount of homes For Sale in 2022 is on average twice as many as there was in 2021.
