Manchester NH Real Estate Market REPORT Jan. 13, 2023. Well, January has felt more like spring than winter here in NH. That has people thinking more about Buying or Selling a home than skiing or Ice Skating. Prices are down a little. Interest rates are down a little and the total amount of homes for sale are also down. Our Sales though, are up.
The next question is "WHAT CAN WE EXPECT IN REAL ESTATE FOR 2023? Let me check MY CRYSTAL BALL and see what it says for 2023. Look for Interest rates to hold steady or even come down a little with the slow down in new mortgage starts for the first quarter. Look for a sharp increase in new listings as winter winds down. Look for a steady amount of buyers looking to purchase as banks are ready to give mortgages.
You as a consumer have a choice and before rushing into hiring just anyone. You should know that not all agents are created the same. Experience matters more than ever as the market changes. Knowing what to expect next. Knowing how to approach these changes. Knowing how to better guide you as a buyer or seller through these changes matters and comes with experience.
