Good morning Paul. In the morning I could sit there with a cup of coffee and ponder. In the late afternoon I could sit there with an adult libation and ponder the quote. It would be nice to have the second chair occupied by Brian England. And, he would find a third chair so you could join us. Now that is something to ponder.

Actually this picture is from a listing that I didn’t get and was given to another agent who told the people it was worth $500,000 more than my estimate and most importantly the Comps. After six months the house has still not sold and I have been told that I will receive the listing next time Dorie Dillard Austin TX

Hi Paul, 

I love that image.  My husband uses that image style (when possible) to place the buyer in the room or outdoor space.  If necessary, we will stage it with that setup!

Here is an example.  Of course, it is not the phenomenal ocean view, but it does put the reader in the chair.  This home had five different image locations offering this type of picture.  

Lots of intimate seating areas.

This was a 2020 listing and sold fast.
