Kathy Streib - I thought I would try to go deep on some areas of the city and Montgomery County - if you have any thoughts about what I should include - please share - I am doing schools, restaurants, history, things to do w/ families - and of course a market report - but can you think of other things? Maybe dogs? stores? or service providers?  Any thoughts are warmly welcomed!  I trust your knowledge and insights!

Ray Henson - it is interesting to pull back and actually look at the school opportunities rather than just assume they are there!

Good morning, Lise... I'm familiar with some of these schools in Georgetown. I also like the idea that some of them are still all-male or all-female schools.

I'm glad they're separating 6-8 grade as middle school now, as I remember being a 7th grader in junior high and not a great experience.
