RUN, don't walk ----- PART SIX OF SIX
FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS: IT'S A BUYERS MARKET
It's almost moving time, but first we need to close. This is at this time when the ownership of the property conveys from the seller to the buyer.
The lender has issued a final loan approval, the inspections are complete, the title search has been completed, its time to set a closing date.
Everyone will be present, the lender will have given the title company their instructions for the closing documents, the buyer and seller are present, their respective real estate agents and/or the attorneys, and the closing agent or closing attorney.
The closing company will pay off all liens and guarantee the buyer and lender that the new buyer owns it free and clear of any liens other than the new loan. In addition they will record the buyer's deed and new mortgage at the court house.
NOW, take a deep breath you are a HOMEOWNER, and begin enjoying your new Home.
