Just wanted to bring you up to date on the Danville California Homes market. Danville Homes are selling with multiple Offers, so it appears the fence setters are off the Fence, and buying again.
That is a real good sign for the Danville California homes again. Hopefully we are close to a bottom in the Real Estate Market, because the inventory is headed too normal, so that's a Great Sign.
Once more of the Bank Owned properties inventory sells off, the Contra Costa County will get back to a normal Market.
