We have been involved in this business for almost 20 years...Bob started out in his career as an underwriter for Fannie Mae and then worked for my dad at Waxahachie Bank & Trust. He became a state certified residential/commercial appraiser and, i must say, is the best appraiser in the State of Texas!! He is so good at helping me with pricing and stands behind me and is my best friend. We are partners in life, as well as in work!!
I got my license in 1990 after one of my dearest friends, who is also a realtor, said I had the personality to do this job!! I have been working with Betty Venable and Vera Kamerbeek since 1994 and plan to stay with them until they, or I, retire!!
Randy is now an assistant underwriter at Franklin American Mortgage...he still helps us with virtual tours and things like that, but he loves the mortgage end of this business!! He is engaged to a lovely girl, Tasha Schiffer, and they plan to marry in May, 2009!!
Our oldest son, Michael, is selling cars in North Dallas, and has been resigned from the military for about two years. He is glad to be back home and having the time of his life!!
