You may have time to sit around all day on a forum debate, but quite frankly I don't have the same amount of time available for such activities. This is my last post back to you.
I will state this one more time as clearly as I can: Craig is a very successful guy and I learned many things from his coaching program. Some have been implemented in my business and others have not. Just like Craig, I have learned a lot from a lot of other coaches and experts, and some of their ideas and principles are also implemented in my business.
For you to insinuate that I am not responsible for my own success because I have not re-invented the wheel is ridiculous. I read lots of books, go to lots of conferences, and learn from lots of different people. At the end of the day, I take what I have learned and I implement the strategies and principles that I see fit. I owe my personal and professional success to myself, the board of directors that I consult, and to God.
Feel free to keep writing me if you want to, but I'm done dignifying your ignorance with a response.

Well I don't care who Mike and Jay have learned from. They're smart guys and they've helped me a lot! But I guess in your opinion that would make them responsible for my success and not myself? That's bogus.
P.S. The first thing they told me when they started mentoring me was to go to conferences including Craig Proctors.

I think it is fantastic that you share these scripts with us. We all have people in our lives that we learn from and allow to influence us, its a big phenomenon called "mentoring." You are absolutely accurate in saying "I owe my personal and professional success to myself, the board of directors that I consult, and to God." In your previous post. Ultimately your success is yours - it's like having a remote control that you know needs the batteries replaced - it's more that just knowing they need replacing its in actually replacing the batteries!! You've gotta do it! (by the way that is from one of my "influencers" Jack Canfield) I take it a step further and say - Everyone prefers a different brand of battery and that is what ultimately leads to our individual successes, adding our own flavor to what we learn from our mentors.

Upon stipulation of the parties and good cause appearing, the Court finds:
1. The copyright in the materials used in the Craig Proctor Quantum Leap Real Estate system is owned by Plaintiff Craig Proctor Productions, Inc.
2. The copyright in the materials used in the Craig Proctor Twelve Month Coaching Program is also owned by Plaintiff Craig Proctor Productions, Inc.
3. The copyright in the materials used in the Craig Proctor Platinum Program is owned by Plaintiff CP Coaching, Inc.
4. Defendant Top Agent Systems is not authorized to use Plaintiffs' copyrighted works for any commercial purposes.
5. Defendants Jeff and Marsee Wilhems are not authorized to use Plaintiffs' Copyrighted Works for teaching others or for publication on the Internet.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, Defendant Top Agent Systems, LLC, its officers,
agents, servants, employees and those persons in active concert or participation with it
who receive actual notice of this Order by personal service or otherwise are prohibited and
enjoined, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65 and 17 U.S.C. § 106, from reproducing, preparing
derivative works based upon, distributing to the public or performing or displaying
publicly the materials used in the Craig Proctor Quantum Real Estate System, the Craig
Proctor Twelve Month Coaching Program or the Craig Proctor Platinum Program (the
"Copyrighted Materials");
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, Defendant Top Agents Systems, LLC has no license
or authorization to use the Copyrighted Materials for any commercial purpose, including
publication on www.topagentinstitute.com or any other electronically accessible location,
or in connection with any real estate business or real estate agent training;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, for purposes of enforcing this injunction, that
Defendant Top Agent Systems, LLC shall provide to a representative designated by
Plaintiffs full access to any materials used in Defendants' real estate agent training,
whether in print or electronic format, and will not publish, sell, distribute or otherwise
transfer or disclose any materials identified by Plaintiffs' representative as a copy or
derivative of the Copyrighted Materials. Access pursuant to this paragraph shall be
provided within ten (10) days of entry of this Order.

STIPULATED INJUNCTION
When FSBO's realize that this house selling gig is not that easy, they end up hiring a Realtor. Sellers who hire Realtors to list their home statistically net more and sell faster, with less risk of legal problems.
