We take a slightly different look at where to begin by focusing this weeks show directly at the aspiring real estate investor. Over the years, I have met many different kinds of investors - including the successful and the not so successful. Lets start the discussion of real estate investing not with where to start looking for properties, but whether or not YOU should be investing in properties at all.
Real estate investing is not a game of luck. Folks who succeed at it do so because they have the skills and talents to pull it off. Do you have those traits?
