Diamond Head High End Round 2

By
Real Estate Agent with Harcourts Island Real Estate RB-20368

Just 1 day after my previous post on Diamond Head Luxury homes, 3239 Noela St., which was asking $12.6 Million went into escrow! It was also over an acre & sold for $9 million back in 2000.  It would also have to be one of the trophy properties in Diamond Head at the end of a culdesac & also the highest priced listing in Diamond Head- as of now....

David . . . . .Thank you for your post.  This is quite a period to get through but it will pass. Meanwhile, what do find is the general sentiment with the buyers you encounter on your Island?  Here Its pretty much dead flat but the Buyers are extremely picky and hard to get "on paper."

Aloha

Jim,

Buyers are a little more timid, however the ones that know their stuff realize we have great interest rates & motivated sellers! However at the same time, not moving as fast as the past, that's for sure!

Aloha,

David

Aloha David,

Noela, is such an understated little street and then all of a sudden you have these grand homes. I'm amazed it went undercontract so quickly and it's not even waterfront.

Peace,
