Actually I am not flying at all but I am preparing my first flyer which I want to be "first class." A real estate agent offered to distribute them in his office. As a stager I know that I love before and after pictures but to what do real estate agents respond best: text information or pictures? I would love any and all suggestions of what you have found to be successful. I was thinking a little of each without too much reading. One sheet or a trifold? I don't want them to go into the trash without being read. Any suggestions?

pictures, pictures, pictures. They tell a thousand words, right? Agents basically have ADD and can't sit still for two seconds (let alone read a whole flyer). We want to see it now and not have to take the time to figure it out. Hope that helps! :o)

Cristal, There is nothing like advice from a successful agent. I was keeping the words to a minimum but I think I'll revisit it and see if I can be even more to the point and sneak in another photograph. Thanks.

my pleasure my dear. I would love to see the flyer when you are done. Btw, a little advice, put your blog in all the groups you can (that apply) that way more people will see it. Good luck!
