Nestled on a hillside on the southern tip of Mount Kisco is Timber Ridge, a 49 townhouse development that consists of 2 and 3 bedroom condominium townhomes.
Built around 1984, they joined the other townhouse communities in Mount Kisco that were able to offer a solution to those home buyers that were not quite ready to buy a single family home. The pool and tennis courts have been replaced in the last couple of years.
Located off the beaten path (Rt. 117 & Rt 128), Timber Ridge residents enjoy quiet and privacy, but yet the convenience of Mount Kisco's offerings make it a great place to call home. The Saw Mill Parkway, Interstate 864 and the Metro North Station mere minutes makes traveling extremely easy.
